COVID-19: Important information for your stay at our hotel

Ladies and gentlemen,
dear guests,

We take your safety and well-being, as well as the one of our employees, as our utmost priority; therefore we have implemented and adhere to the highest standards of safety, hygiene and disinfection to address COVID-19 in collaboration with international medical experts and following the recommendations of the Robert-Koch Institute and the current Corona ordinance of the federal state of North-Rhine Westphalia. Please note that the federal regulations are subject to constant change, therefore all information on this website is without guarantee. We try to keep the information as up-to-date as possible.

An overview of our measures to ensure the safety of our guests and employees in the different hotel areas:


General

Who is authorised to stay at our hotel?

Proof of (full) vaccination, recovery or a negative antigen test certificate must be presented upon arrival. The test certificate must not be older than 24 hours.

If there is no proof of vaccination or recovery, a retest is required every 4 days.

 

Where are the closest test stations?

  • MediVital mobile care service, Stockmannsmühle 133: approx. 10 minutes (700 m) on foot
  • Ölbergpraxis Dr. Stein, Küferstraße 10: approx. 40 minutes (2.9 km) on foot or 5 stops by bus
  • OBI parking lot, Steinbecker Meile 10: approx. 40 minutes (3.1 km) on foot or 7 stops by bus

What is the maximum number of people allowed in one hotel room?

People of 2 max. households are allowed to share a room.

 

Is the wearing of a mask mandatory in the hotel?

Yes, a surgical mask, an FFP2 mask or a community mask must be worn at all times in all public hotel areas.

 

Is there the possibility of digital contact tracing?

No, all contact data relevant to contact tracing in our hotel are recorded manually.

 

Further measures taken by the hotel:

  • Disinfectant dispensers are available in all public hotel areas.
  • Public toilets are cleaned and disinfected with increased frequency.
  • To protect both our guests and employees, the reception is fitted with plexiglass panes.
  • Access to the lift is currently limited to a certain amount of people. For more information, please refer to the on-site signage.

Gastronomy

Breakfast

We offer our full breakfast buffet again, in compliance with the current hygiene and distance regulations. No reservations required.

Breakfast times: daily 7:00 a.m. - 10:00 a.m.

 

Restaurant and bar

Our restaurant remains closed outside breakfast hours. Our bar is open again daily from 6:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. No reservations required.

 

Room service

Due to the current situation we do not offer room service until further notice.

 

Half board

Half board is only available in connection with our conference packages or group bookings.


Meetings & Events

Our meeting room capacities are currently limited to a maximum number of 64 people per room. >> further details
